Does anybody know what the status is for furloughed employees? I read an article last week (forget where) that travel is picking up again. Assuming this is accurate information, I would think US would hire back some of their furloughed (i.e. lower paid) employees. This would amortize some of their labor costs, wouldn't it? (Unless all of the extra passenger traffic flocks to the LCC's.)
