I watched the web re-broadcast last evening and really had hope for the airline. I thought that Siegel was simply blowing smoke to gain concessions; however, my opinion has changed. It would appear that they are going to be in even bigger trouble if the numbers that were cited are correct. I welcome the competition in Philly from Southwest and Frontier, but unless US gets costs under control, they may go the way of Eastern, TWA, etc. I hope the unions are listening and both efficiency and costs can be improved.
