Survey - Hyatt Hotels: Request for feedback on your recent interaction

Just got this email from Hyatt. Looks like Hyatt is trying to gather additional data as a part of new initiative to help them improve the service levels, particularly regarding the CS phone reps.

As a customer of our Hyatt family of hotels, we invite you to participate in an assessment designed to gauge your opinions on how to provide excellent customer service. The survey will ask about your preferences for service, as well as your recent interactions with Hyatt, to determine what you value when attempting to address your customer service needs. This survey request is not specifically regarding any recent hotel stay, but instead is focused on the methods within which you can contact Hyatt reservations or customer service (phone, email and website) and how we can further improve those outlets to better meet our customers' needs. By completing this survey, sponsored by the Corporate Executive Board, you can help shape our future service offerings and help us to understand how our customers define quality customer service.

This survey will take approximately ten minutes, and we request for it to be completed by April 19, 2009. To access the survey, please click on the web site address below:

Due to the method within which these results will be compiled, Hyatt will be unable to identify individual responses, so we encourage you to be as candid and direct as possible. If there is an immediate issue or concern that we can personally address, please provide your comments directly [email protected].

We thank you in advance for your participation, and we look forward to seeing you during your next stay with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.
