And... the Broadwater is not for navigation without a good depth sounder + preferably a chart. It has sand banks everywhere.

I appear to be trying to talk people out of going there, sorry Gold Coast!

P.S. Also I recommend people not take what are described as 'luxury houseboat' as being 'luxurious', if they are so inclined to hire those slow moving caravan on water.
