How does one approach this? (I've never negotiated group rates before.) The Rocco Forte would be perfect, about 10 minutes walking from where we need to be (academic medical centre) and in the seemingly more "lively" part of town. I've stayed in some of these properties, including the Amigo several times, and have always been very happy. But like I said, budget may not allow it.
