Last time I had to change an award booking, I was connected to Dearborn and the agent was helpful enough, but I got a hard copy of the itienrary in the mail--though they were e-tickets--printed on cardstock in a packet that looked just like the old UA paper ticket. The back of the packet said UA Vacations.
Often I will get the auto-generated copy of my award itienrary, but that is just a single sheet of paper. This was different.
