Wow.... March??? That's way too long! Did you talk to the MOD at the time? You say you just contacted the front desk. I personally would call Customer Service asap and file a complaint especially since it's been 3 weeks. I doubt you'll be able to get your items back at this point. Do you have the receipts for the merchandise to prove your purchases?
