In a month I will fly DL736 SEA-JFK

What lounge should I use:
1. NW (located in S gates; which may make me need a train in order to get to).
2. CO (located in B gated).

I will get to the NW lounge on gates S if my flight will depart from there. But if it will depart from gates A - which lounge should I use?
