1K line - a little grumpy at nights?
During the day, I tried to make the LAX-SEL-PVG-SIN-TPE-HKG-NRT-LAX itinerary work. They were always cheerful and would politely inform me if my KVS software was incorrect (I know they do block certain flights).
Now it's midnight and I piece together an itinerary that looks possible on KVS and call them (the 1K line).
Agent: "Huh, you want to do all this, no, I can't do that."
Wiggums: "Some are 24 hours or less."
Agent: "Let me check with the supervisor."

Agent: "Six stops? No, it is not going to work."
Wiggums: "Stopovers, not stops."
Agent: "Same thing."

The third one was great. I was able to simply say, "September 5, LAX-ICN on OZ Number 203, September 6, ICN-PVG on OZ Number 361..." I used letters, didn't have to say Los Angeles to Seoul on Asiana.
