I will but my hand up for something in the area here: Le Méridien Ile des Pins, New Caledonia.

While it doesn't have OWB it has beach bungalows directly facing a good snorkeling lagoon. Just 10 meters across the sand and you are there.

However, while the snorkeling there is nice, it is not as good as on Moorea. The same is true for the Bora Bora properties. Snorkeling there also is good, but not as good as it was at the Sheraton Moorea.
