That's nice to hear. I randomly booked Westin Auckland because I'll be SPG plat by the time I get there, but I have been having a second thought because I did not have a clue what it would be like.
The location is worth noting too. It's on the outer edge of the wharf. Not too much is right on top of you, but it's only a 5-10 min walk to all of the restuarants. I liked the spot it's in because youre still near the action, but there is no tourist or cruise ship walking traffic near the property.
