Is the Air One Welcome Lounge the same as the *A contracted lounge?

I'm a 1K who'll be flying in coach on an AirOne marketed / UA metal flight to FCO and just noticed the lounge access rules that appear to include *A G members.

Is this the same contracted lounge mentioned above?

If not, has anyone ever been to the AirOne Welcome Lounge?

Here is the lounge access info I found on http://www.flyairone.com/en/mainArea...altyPrograms/#

What are rules for access into Air One Welcome lounges?
