It does sound as though the staff could have handled this better.
Also, a "category 6" hotel just means it's expensive on average--it doesn't mean that it provides better service than other properties.
no one will issue me a cc or higher limit, especially now. i have no debt, always pay bills in full, but amex just lowered my limit 600 dollars.
while the category has nothing to do with service, i imagine the price does (right?), which would affect the category.
