Agree with aluminumdriver on this one.
I suspect that UA would certainly not want to see this one on the news, particularly since while it may not violate the letter of the ADA, it sure does the spirit.
i would ask for compensation if i had to sit on the crj200 for 3 hours, regardless of whether a toilet is available. (i wouldn't actually, just saying that that would really suck)
thats the most uncomfortable plane ive been on (i havent flown much, but hopefully united doesnt have any more uncomfortable planes)
