It looks like this would have been a GOJET operated flight. I've never experienced UX flights with them.

Similar to the others, I would guess the plane would be allowed to fly, but I think pax who decided not to take the flight should have this treated as a mechanical flight cancellation--in other words, reaccomodation on later flights, option to refund if you wish to abandon your travel plans, hotel/meals if the next available flights are the next day.
