If this has been discussed - sure it has been - I can't find it.

i have both a Gold and Platinum Chase Visa Mp card. This year, they will only waive fee on one card for a 1k. They used to waive both. Which is better? Plat has higher fee, and not fully covered by fee waiver. What do i get extra for that? The companion ticket (i never seem to use) and what else? EQMs? Your thoughts and comparisons welcome. Thanks.
