Take a look at Mollies, a small luxury boutique hotel with just 16 rooms (vs. 410 at the Langham). If you want a romantic weekend with your wife, Mollies would be a great place to stay.

I'll be doing a site inspection at the beginning of May, so I can't provide any first-hand feedback yet, but I've heard very good feedback. Mollies is Virtuoso with very good discounted Virtuoso rates and a great set of amenities.
  • Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability
  • Daily continental breakfast for up to two in-room guests
  • One spa bath treatment, drawn for guests' arrival
  • 12 Noon early check-in, subject to availability
  • 4 PM late check-out, subject to availability
