Sitting in the JL lounge now. However, because of the "map" they gave me at checkin, I ended up in the CX lounge first and then got directions there.
Both lounges are fairly basic, not first lounge SYD/HKG/LAX quality, but frankly better than a lot of lounges I've seen.
CX - I prefer the seating and layout, I actually thought it felt roomier than the JL one.
Bathroom ok.
JL - less seatings space, don't like the chairs. Still very presentable.
"Japanese" appointed bathroom, which is always a novelty for those of us who don't live there.
Neither has shower facilities.
Internet access in the JL lounge seems slow, using the Cathay wireless network from the JL lounge is faster than the local access point, even though the signal is quite weak from this distance.
It came down to which was open for me. The CX lounge was closing when I got there, so after a quick look around, I went to the JL lounge.
The CX lounge is easier to find as there is signage on the 3rd floor that directs you to the escalator you need to use.
