A few months after the flight, you can look up the info on the Bureau of Travel Statistics website:

Some flights will show up in ACARS logs:

http://www.acarsd.org/acars_search.html

From there you can see N173UA operated SFO-IAD-SFO daily from 30 Mar-2 Apr, and from another source I found it also operated the flights on 3 Apr.

914/975 SFO-IAD-SFO are only scheduled as a 744 from 30 Mar-7 Apr.
