I'm traveling on a NWA flight tomorrow night.
There are 11 seats open in FC.
I'm Gold Medallion traveling on a K fare...my upgrade should've cleared by now.

Delta says they don't see the seats available.
NWA says the seats are available and that they tried to upgrade me but that the upgrade was "unsuccessful"

what's that mean?
