I got the following email trip alert email from CO this morning, concerning a delay in Mrs. 66's flight home:

At 10:10AM 3APR.
Continental flight 3253 RDU-EWR on 3APR delayed
due to a late arriving aircraft.
Departure time now 3:30 pm from gate A7.
Arrival time now 3:15 pm.
Departure time may change, so please be at gate
prior to original scheduled departure time of 1:15 pm.
Info subject to change.


Doing the math, the flight was expected to arrive 15 minutes before departure. That's the sort of travel time that can make a Q400 easy to take!

(Actually, the flight didn't leave until 5:08, almost 4 hours late)
