You mighy be correct as far as NW's internal terminology is concerned, you are definitley wrong when it comes to FT terminology.
And over on the UA forum they call their check-in kiosks chicken, but that doesn't make them poultry.
NWA012 was just trying to help and I for one appreciate knowing what NW calls them even if we use other terms here on FT.
