The "phantom" upgrade, as described here, is an OPUP with NW.
The "OPUP" upgrade, as described here, is an over sale upgrade with NW.
You are on FT and FT has its own termnology. SO you do have your terminology mixed up.
You mighy be correct as far as NW's internal terminology is concerned, you are definitley wrong when it comes to FT terminology.
