No, I do not have the terminology mixed up. This forum has the "official" terminology mixed up. NW does not use those definitions. I see your logic but NW does not use that terminology.

The "phantom" upgrade, as described here, is an OPUP with NW.

The "OPUP" upgrade, as described here, is an over sale upgrade with NW.
