I'm having the same issue with the companion certs not sent by Barclay. First time, I asked they said to wait 4-6 weeks for receipt. After 6 weeks, and nothing received, I asked again. They apologized and said it wasn't mailed the first time (why they couldn't tell me this when I originally called, I don't know). They re-ordered and said wait another 4-6 weeks. Still not received after 6 weeks. Asked again yesterday, requesting escalation and expedited delivery, and they said they'd send and I'll have in 7 days. Not holding my breath.

FWIW, I still have the BofA card too and my companion certs from BofA arrived on time without issue.
