My guess would be a newly finished C and F upgrade. They did this previously though the plane was tuning SFO-ORD IIRC.
N173UA has been the aircraft every day this week, and that one has been in the new config for about 6 months. Wish they'd send N121UA (Star Alliance) to IAD!
