No-brainer except in the case where you have the choice of a middle seat in First or 64 A/K in NG Club World.
Personally I'd choose NG Club World in those circumstances. If I'm going to have a stranger sitting besides me then I'd rather have the extra legroom. ^
F has slightly more legroom than 64K! (although less than 64A)
I love my UD extra-legroom window seats, but I'd choose the vastly superior service and comfort of F any day.
