Seems ideal if you have a morning meeting to attend in Toronto. Company could fly employee in F / C with sleeper bed and expect them to hit the ground running for a full day the morning of arrival.
I fortunately work for a company which is a little bit more humane and allows its employees one good night's sleep and rest at a 4-star hotel after a 15+ hours flight (in business class) before starting work the next morning.
