After several calls with always different avaiablitiy and routing restrictions, I managed to book the following route in business:

DUS -> FRA (LH)
FRA -> YYZ (LH)
YYZ -> SCL (AC)
SCL -> EZE (AC)
EZE -> FRA (LH)
FRA -> DUS (LH)

37500 miles + above 700 GBP cash (cash plus miles and taxes)
