If the CP desk shows you have upgrades, you'll be ok.
If I go through the VT web site directly, about half the time it doesn't work, If I go through the VT link on usairway.com and then load the information it works most of the time. They have not screwed that up for me yet. If you are not trying it through the us website, try it there and see if it works.
The frustrating aspect of all of this is the folks on the desk want to help, they are the best, but can't and they are indicating that the IT folks are simply ignoring them. I know that I have had weekly conversation with IT for the last five or six weeks, and we are not getting anywhere.
