Folks the system is broken and they do not know why or how it is happening. I have not cleared a queue since early December and I am now having to call weekly to get put on the waitlist because the computer in not touching my res.
When speaking to the CP desk once again this morning, the rep said that was the single biggest complaint they are getting in the past couple of weeks. Inventory was/is not the problem as the rep this morning upgraded my flights with no problem, but let me repeat, the system had not touched my reservation.
BE WARNED, THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND THET HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO FIX IT. If you want to ride up front you going to have to call if VT does not show you waitlisted.
