My customer satisfaction with Hilton will never be completely high as long as they charge their most frequent customers for simple Internet access.

I'm at the Hilton Madrid Airport at the moment, and they want 22EUR for 24 hours of Internet in my room. Connecting via 3G works out at less than 1/2 the price, which is clearly ridiculous.
