1st leg upgraded, 2nd leg not. Since the 2nd leg is PHL to PHX that wasn't what I had in mind... So I checked ITN -- lo and behold there's inventory out the wazzoo! All 7s in the F cabin. So I called my personal liason. Problem solved, I'm now in 2A.

But I'm wondering... how could this have happened? Is this happening to other people too? Do we need to watch them like hawks and make extra phone calls to ensure that all goes smoothly?
