Hey, hey - some of us may get offended. In all seriousness, IAD A gates are THE worst I have encountered. I am at about 80% having my UAX flight out of there delayed by at least 15 minutes. Agents are often rude and just don't care about pax. I try to avoid it but it's hard when there is only 1 other option (ORD).
