Five guys is a greasy, fatty, disgusting mess. Its presence in the A gates at IAD -- especially as the only restaurant in that God-forsaken place -- is decidedly a liability.

In toto, I condemn the A gates at DullAS* to be the worst UAX operation systemwide. I had the displeasure of dealing with that environment just last week, and as many infamously say: 'never again.' (Unless I have to ). In all seriousness, though, the agents at IAD's A area are the value-destroying factor; often harried, unsympathetic, rude -- and sometimes even belligerent -- their hostile attitude is what makes flying from the A gates so taxing.
