I would avoid the window seats on row 7 at all costs as it means you cannot stretch your legs. 7DE don't have the extra legroom one would expect (maybe a little bit). I see no point in getting them over standard coach seats.
My personal preference is getting assigned seating in 7C and moving to 7B if both other seats are free. I haven't tried 6DE yet, but on my last flight was a guy who swore by them.
All of them don't have overhead storage close by, so be prepared to board early (you get zone1 boarding) if you have carry-on. Boarding first does have the disadvantage of having everyone bump into you when they get on the plane. But the benefit of stepping out first makes up for everything else

And you get to talk to the FA's during take-off and landing.
Infants often get seated in the first rows (4/5 or 8/9), so it's hit or miss.
You get meals & drinks before the rest of the pax. So sure to have your choice of meal.
Avoid row 24, it's an exit row, since you have the lavatories close by and the smell tends to be really bad. I haven't had this problem on 7 yet.
