I had my first experience of T3 this week flying CE to BCN. What a ghastly terminal! It's simply too small for the number of people there. I used the Servisair lounge which was small and packed and offered not much in the way of refreshments. Why could BA not have had their lounge ready before they moved there? Then there is the ignomy of having to be bussed to the aircraft. The captain thanked the passengers for being on time - but accurately added that as a captive group waiting for the bus we had little choice but to be on time! Further sufferings were experienced on the flight back when, on boarding, we were all handed bottles of water for washing because there was no water in the toilets!
