I have a Citi CD with over $6K in it. Will this cover the minimum balance such that I can make one small Direct Deposit to my account each month and not have to worry about initially funding the account?

Edited to add: Can I apply in accordance with the Everything Counts account (CD > 10K) and use that instead?
