It's about time. Anyone who has ever been in Houston's Galleria during the pre-Christmas shiopping splurge can't help but have encounter a flood of well dressed, obviously affluent Mexican families (or small groups of very fashionably dressed Mexican women) or visited that large shopping mall in McAllen understands that the affluent (and even some less affluent) Mexicans have flown and driven to the US for years to shop. Grapevine isa natural, plenty of chain resturants, "new" to Mexican tourists, the big mall, more hotel rooms than almost any "city" it's size, plus some other modest attractions.
