How far can a hotel be from the airport and still call itself an "airport" hotel?

I just ran into one that turned out to be over 10 miles away when making a booking. (And, no, it's in a city with no other airport, before someone suggests that.) It's not a real problem, but I was a bit surprised.

But I suspect there are ones that are even further. What's the furthest you've found?
