If you do LH F, they drive you to the plane and then hold back the already-boarding plebs (and J pax) whilst you board. It is a little embarrassing.
I wouldn't feel comfortable with that at all, surely at that point the queue is at most a minute or so, surely even Naomi Campbell could cope with that!
