The minimum recharge amount if doing it online is HK$50. However, there is a promotion right now, you get an extra 10% bonus for recharge of HK$100~199, i.e., HK$110 for the price of HK$100.
I mean PCCW, and there it can only be recharged if the balance runs low. So if the charge on expiry feature is required, CSL is the better opion. Thanks for the information. 200 HK$ per year shouldn't break the bank for the sake of keeping the number without worries, if necessary.
