Lots of whingeing in F about T5 bussing on my flight today...

I know it's been discussed at length here already, but just wanted to mention my T5 F bus experience today.
Flying on BA209 to Miami - Gate 10c appeared on the screens - oh no - the bus! Very unusual - I take the Miami flight once a month and it has always gone from T5B. The CSD said it was Easter, school holidays, busy etc etc....

Nearly everyone in F was in the same group that wondered to gate10 - and then squeezed onto the next available bus.
The bus took about 20 mins to get to the plane. I was the first off the bus and into F. The FA who welcomed me into the cabin said - I wondered where all you lot were - I said - squashed onto buses - we're on our way. soon enough my fellow F pax arrived. From listening to conversations, nearly everyone I heard who arrived in the F cabin had something not very complimentary to say about the boarding process. A german gentleman in 3A behind me made a long and detailed point about LH's private car service for F pax to the CSD.

Bless her, and her crew - they were wonderful on the flight, apologised profusely for the situation, but the CSD, when pushed on the point, said that BA wouldn't be changing the policy until T5C came online - until then, this will be the way it is.

an otherwise great flight to MIA in F, slightly let down by BA treating its F pax in what I consider to be not really the right way during the boarding process.
