I would look first at All Nippon ex JFK via NRT to TPE. They also have a premium economy that looks quite nice (I saw it on a recent trip, taking a walk from the front ) -- might be worth the upcharge.

SQ is another obvious choice, ex EWR or JFK via SIN.

Either will be better than UA's old 747 Y 'flying museum.'

Whatever you choose, pay close attention to specific fare class and have a look at the partner earning chart on US website so there are no ugly surprises.

Edited to add: There are cheap connections between TPE and KHH. I don't know of any *A flights into KHH without going through TPE. You may have to book through an agency, though. Have a look at FareCompare for some possible options.
