Singapore, Cathay, Etihad, Emirates, Qantas....they all have their less than stellar and memorable moments. It's called air travel. The flight landed what -- 18 hours ago?? Move on, have some sushi, and better luck next time

sorry but NOT at all!

If CO has to pay out like those Carriers under the EU has to then they would end up treating the Passenger like a person rather then a piece of meat or someone they can take advantage of

If you order something from me that you need ASAP and I take your order and ship and ship the item after 2 days, I should expect either that you will Decline its acceptance or never order from me again.

but after all you ordered something and I sent it big deal it was sent 2 days later you received it , isnt thats all that counts I shipped it and it got to you

Obviously my order wasnt in a proper timely fashion and neither was the OPs shipment (Him) on time in a timely fashion
