I followed your link, to wit:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, skateboard contests, volcanoes or alteration. For additional information, or to report a warranty defect, please contact customer service. If you purchased your product on the ZÜCA web site it is automatically registered, if you purchased from an Authorized ZÜCA ® Retailer please register your product on the ZÜCA Product Registration page to activate your warranty, warranty is valid from date of purchase. Please include your original purchase receipt with any warranty return item purchased from a Authorized ZÜCA ® Retailer. Warranty only valid with puchase from an Authorized ZÜCA ® Retailer or purchase through the ZÜCA website. To find an Authorized retailer in your area visit our Store Locator.
