In my household, I'm the mileage maven and all the MP accounts (6 total) answer to my email and my passwords. I do most of the travel arrangements if they are United, and occasionally handle other programs too.
With over 300,000 RDM's, I do get quite a few requests. Comes with the miles and territory.
