CP Desk

I received a Gold Package instead of the CP package i was supposed to get for 2004.

So I called the CP desk, and the quote I got from the person who answered the phone when I explained the issue
"So what do you want me to do about it. Fax in your information to dividend miles and they will resolve it."

So I responded that CP desk is supposed to be our one point of contact with US and he begrudginly put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and said it was fixed and a new card would be sent out soon.

Seems like I better call and follow up again to make sure.

But what a great attitude - -and I was completely civil and politely explained the problem - and to get that response really floored me from the CP Desk
