I too find Virgin Customer Supprot disappointing
Thanks EVG for confirming what I feel is also an issue with VS.
I recently had a horrible experience on a flight back from LHR to MIA. I took the time to fill out an in-flight comment card, and then later wrote an email to their customer-care address asking for a written reponse.
Three weeks go by and I hear nothing. There is NO abiltiy to pick up the phone and speak to a human on such issues....so I waited.
Yesterday in the mail I get a $100 voucher....with no note, no explianation, no appology etc.
I really had some higher expectations on how Virgin would handle the situation. I have made a number of flights now on Virgin and I have to also say that I have observed less than friendly in-cabin crews. Have encountered some very impatient male attendants who seem to be just miserable in their job...are short with customers, etc.
Anyway...just my two cents...but I do think there is some vast room for improvement on service delivery and follow up on issues after they occur.
