They handed out a survey during the flight from BGO to FRA and I made sure to mention the bad SGS service at BGO several times.
So things are getting worse. The only times I've seen the Business Check-in at BGO has been around LH-flights, but apparantly they don't even have that anymore. Usually this isn't a huge problem, but what annoys me is that SGS doesn't open up Business/*A Gold Check-in even when the queues are long. It's always just one or two regular Bag-drop counters + one or zero regular Check-in counters. That's just not good enough for an airport as busy as BGO.
I've complained to SAS about this, also mentioning the lack of Priority-tags (quite annoying when flying through to airports where the system actually works). They said they would do something about it, but they obviously haven't.
